Managed operating expenditures and capital projects with an annual budget in excess of $600K; successfully led association out of legal and financial troubles, turning losing operation with negative balance sheet to positive within first three years of nine year office, while budgeting for and completing all major capital repair projects and deferred maintenance, ultimately lowering monthly assessments for owners by 20% and leaving association with healthy building and balance sheet.
