Environmental Projects Experience...
Many redevelopment projects are located within urban areas that may have had several former uses prior to the one currently under consideration.  Those former uses could have had an environmental impact on the site that may not be apparent from a simple visual inspection of the land/building.  Former gas/fueling stations with underground tanks, manufacturing facilities that used toxic chemicals, dry cleaners, or others... understanding what former uses may have existed on the site, whether there may have been an environmental impact, and what efforts have been extended by former owners to document any required remediation, could have an impact on the use/value of the property going forward.  Anton Development can help by carefully managing the investigation, testing, remediation, and documentation required to ensure the property's desired use and value is preserved.
